Lujer P. Danao (LPD) is a C-suite–trusted Partner and Risk Advisory Executive with nearly 19 years of experience across Big 4 consulting, professional services partnership, and Chief Audit Executive leadership roles in listed and regulated organizations. He brings deep specialization in governance, enterprise and cyber risk, technology assurance, IT audit, Internal Audit, SOX 404, JSOX, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.
Lujer advises CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CROs, and Boards on navigating complexity—balancing growth, risk appetite, regulatory scrutiny, and digital disruption. His strength lies in combining technical rigor with commercial acumen and boardroom credibility, enabling confident, forward-looking decision-making in high-stakes environments.
Beyond client work, Lujer is an Audit Committee Member of PICPA, Board Trustee and Secretary of the San Beda University Accountancy Alumni Association (SBUAcAA), Board Director and Vice President of the Association of CPAs in Commerce & Industry (ACPACI), a NextGen Committee Member of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP), Assistant Treasurer of CPA for Sustainability Inc. (ACPAFSI), and Philippine Institute of CPAs (PICPA) National Audit Committee Member. A former Overall Commissioner of JCI Manila, he actively champions sustainability, ESG integration, and UN-SDG–aligned initiatives, with global experience across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.
He graduated from San Beda University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2006.
Laurent D. Dionisio (LDD) is the Chief Finance Officer, Head of Clients and Market, and Head of Outsourcing, Audit & Assurance Readiness. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Registered Financial Planner with 18 years of industry experience, bringing a strong blend of financial expertise, client management, and strategic business development to the firm.
Laurent plays a pivotal role in driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence across key service lines. With a solid background in digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO), Laurent leads the firm’s branding, social media strategy, and content development initiatives. He ensures that the firm maintains a strong and consistent market presence, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance visibility, client engagement, and lead generation. His ability to integrate finance with modern marketing strategies enables the firm to effectively position its services in a competitive landscape.
In addition to his marketing leadership, Laurent heads the firm’s outsourcing services, overseeing end-to-end delivery of accounting, bookkeeping, and finance support solutions. He ensures that outsourcing engagements are executed with efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, helping clients optimize costs, improve process reliability, and focus on core business functions. His approach emphasizes process standardization, technology enablement, and continuous improvement.

Paul Vincent M. Casilla (PVC) is the Corporate Secretary and Head of Tax Services. He is both a lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant, with 16 years in the industry, bringing a unique combination of legal and financial expertise to the organization. With extensive experience in tax, corporate, and labor law, Paul is highly adept in regulatory compliance, tax planning, litigation support, and contract review. He has a proven track record in managing complex regulatory requirements and resolving multifaceted legal and financial issues across various industries.
Paul’s professional background spans both private legal practice and corporate environments, enabling him to provide well-rounded, practical, and business-oriented solutions. He has handled tax assessments, legal disputes, and corporate structuring engagements, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulations while safeguarding organizational interests. His ability to bridge legal and financial perspectives allows him to deliver strategic insights that support sound decision-making and sustainable business growth.
In his leadership role, Paul oversees the firm’s tax services, ensuring high-quality advisory, compliance, and risk management solutions.
